Make sure you have the latest version of the app downloaded:

Launch Hyve App and use the Forgot Password button on the login page, enter your email address and select Request New Password.
3. Check your inbox or spam folder for the notification, you will receive the notification immediately. Select the Reset Your Password button in the email notification. The notification is only valid for 30 minutes.
4. When creating a new password it must be a brand new password, you can not use the same password twice. Make sure your password is at least 8 characters in length and it contains an upper and lowercase character, a number, and symbol.
5. Once your password is reset, close your browser, launch the Hyve app and login using your new credentials.
